mold issuebar service
the bathroom needed serious attention. mold was quite visible on the shower curtain and corners, not what i expect at this price. also, the bar service left something to be desired.. they refused a simple request for a cup of ice. apparently, pre-made drinks are cold enough already. the early closing time did not make for a relaxing atmosphere.

the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit longer than expected.

the location was really central and close to several attractions.
I was annoyed that there was mold in the bathroom, especially on the shower curtain. additionally, the staff at the bar refused to give me a cup of ice. They said the premade drinks were cold enough (i found this frustrating). the whole experience was subpar.

I appreciated the staff and the central location. It. The shopping nearby had great options, I found souvenirs. 24-hour room service was also a benefit, it ensured I had what I needed at all times.
the price was reduced BUT i still paid a considerable amount per day.

I enjoyed every moment at this amazing place. every staff member i met was both professional and super friendly! the rooftop bar became my go-to spot each evening, i loved the very nice view of the sagrada familia. i appreciated the kind upgrade. Our room was gorgeous.
