the bathroom needed serious attention. mold was quite visible on the shower curtain and corners, not what i expect at this price. also, the bar service left something to be desired.. they refused a simple request for a cup of ice. apparently, pre-made drinks are cold enough already. the early closing time did not make for a relaxing atmosphere.

I was annoyed that there was mold in the bathroom, especially on the shower curtain. additionally, the staff at the bar refused to give me a cup of ice. They said the premade drinks were cold enough (i found this frustrating). the whole experience was subpar.

The beautiful double or twin room city view was superb! the location proved convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They provided excellent service throughout my stay.
the bathroom had mold, a disappointment. the rooftop bar staff seemed rude, refusing a simple request for a cup of ice. housekeeping wasn't done daily without an extra fee, impacting the overall value.

The rooftop restaurant offers a amazing city view. It is exquisite. the staff addressed all questions and requests with kindness, which i found very helpful. the hotel provided a large safe within the junior suite, and that offered great peace of mind.

I enjoyed every moment at this amazing place. every staff member i met was both professional and super friendly! the rooftop bar became my go-to spot each evening, i loved the very nice view of the sagrada familia. i appreciated the kind upgrade. Our room was gorgeous.
I noticed some mold in the bathroom around the walls and shower curtain. the bar staff wasn't so accommodating. They wouldn't give me a cup of ice, saying the drinks were already cold.
